Moon Patera

Moon is a multifunctional platter made of natural stone, which is a decorative and crowning feature of the table. The simple, rounded form brings the beauty of the material to the fore. What makes the product unique is the functional use of the physical properties of marble.

Materials used:

• The material of the platter is natural marble and lava. A silicone disc in black is added to each platter to form its base.
• A platter made of marble, when cooled in the fridge, can be used to cool food, while a platter made of lava, when heated in the oven, will keep the served food warm for a long time and, when cooled in the fridge, will keep it cool.

Good to know!

• Before first use, wash the platter with warm water and a mild detergent.

Marble platter:

• The platter is not suitable for serving any products containing acids (wine, coffee, fruit juice, vinegar, tomato sauce, fizzy drinks) - these can stain and etch the surface.
• Do not use cleaning products containing acids, alcohol or bleach.
• Do not use in the oven or freezer.
• Do not leave food or drinks out for extended periods of time; wash the platter immediately after use.

Lava platter:

• To keep food warm: preheat the oven to about 200 degrees, place the platter on the middle shelf, leave in the oven for about 40 minutes. Wearing protective gloves, remove the platter and place it on a silicone pad. Finally, place the food directly onto the platter.
• To cool the food: place the platter in the freezer for approx. 15 minutes, remove and place on a silicone tray. Serve food directly on the platter (sushi, meat, fish Carpaccio, cheese, pastries or fresh fruit).

Not dishwasher safe, hand wash only. After washing, dry with a soft cloth. Do not use detergents.
