Nordic Mini Christmas decoration golden

Christmas decorations have a long tradition that continues to be redefined - both by designers and those who create their own Christmas tree ornaments. The decoration presented here by Nordentoft & Secher Kau combines tradition with modernity. Made of brass, it consists of a string on which a two-part ornament is suspended: an ornamental, openwork medallion and one of three figures: a horn, an angel or a heart. Although the gemetric form of the ornament and the material from which it was made are thoroughly contemporary, the decoration as a whole is reminiscent of handmade paper ornaments. In fact, the matt surface of the brass is confusingly reminiscent of gilded paper... Nevertheless, the Stelton decoration will last for more than just one Christmas, adding splendour to both Christmas trees and centrepieces.
