The jug meets 100% of the expectations in terms of design and aesthetics of workmanship, while its functionality proves unreliable during use. Due to its narrow beak, water is poured slowly, irregularly and patiently with a stream (or rather a stream). Also the capacity of the pitcher (1l of filtered water), is not stunning for users used to larger Britt jugs. But filtering with Maxtra+ is surprisingly fast. The store's service is very efficient and professional. I recommend the pitcher to patient aesthetes with a small family :)
