- Being made of aluminium, the grill plate is very lightweight and therefore - effortless to handle.
- Aluminium is an excellent conductor of heat - distributing it evenly over the entire surface of the plate.
- The ribbed base texture of the grill plate ensures that the food prepared on it is appetisingly browned.
- When designing the hob, special spots on the corners where fat collects were not forgotten.
- The coating of the grill plate has three advantages: food does not stick to it, it can be used with metal spatulas and it is easy to keep clean.
- Thanks to its production in Denmark, the Scanpan range is of exceptionally high quality.
- The Classic grill plate can be used on the cooker, but the best results, i.e. the tastiest food, are obtained by using the plate on the grill.
- The Classic series of grill pans and plates can be used in the oven up to a maximum temperature of 260°C.
