Mastrad Baking tins and shapes oblong silicone lid

The presented mold with lid by Mastrad is the ideal mold for baking breads, pates, yeast cakes and also for freezing, such as sorbets or semi-freddo and mousses. Made of silicone, the mould ensures that the cakes bake perfectly, do not stick and are easy to remove after baking. The baking tin has a metal frame for stability and ease of handling. The frame can be removed to clean the tin. The lid also has a special hole for steam removal and for inserting a thermometer to measure the temperature of the roast.
