Product description

Description

The Thermodan creamer presented here is the quintessential example of the simplicity and minimalism for which the Lyngby brand is renowned. The simple, elongated form complemented by grooves for a better grip is a distinctive feature of the accessory, which has been created for storing and serving milk or cream. The well-shaped spout will prevent the liquid from spilling uncontrollably on the tablecloth or tabletop. Thanks to its classic shape and versatile white colour, the creamer will find its place on the table during both formal and informal moments.
Thermodan is the first collection of thermal vessels in the history of the Lyngby brand. Before the final results were presented to customers, work and experimentation on the collection continued for more than a year before satisfactory results were achieved. In order to make each vessel easier to grip, straight and oblong forms were added with delicate, narrow grooves. According to a popular story, factory workers would bring the Thermodan range cookware from work and, in front of shocked friends and family members, take it in their hands without any problem while boiling water was inside. Just as Lyngby's thermal paraphernalia once enthralled people of the time, it is still difficult to pass by them indifferently today.
