The Gourmet moulds from the Spanish company Lekue have been created from high-quality, soft and flexible and safe platinum silicone. Designed for professional use, they will also be appreciated by amateur culinary enthusiasts. Platinum silicone can be used in a wide range of temperatures, and its non-stick surface allows for easy separation of the baked goods from the mould. My magdalenki after baking had a beautiful pattern so the tin worked well.
The only thing I would improve about it is that it would be easier to take it out of the oven if the edges of the mould were made of metal (more stable).

Its surface does not stick to food.
The temperature range in which it can be used is -60 to 260 degrees C.
The Gourmet kitchenware items can therefore be placed in the oven, microwave and freezer. Dishwasher washing is also permitted.
