The Duo round baking tin, like many other dishes from the renowned Spanish brand Lekue, is made of high-quality silicone and ceramic. The ceramic bottom helps to keep prepared cakes and other dishes warmer for longer, and can also be used as a plate on which to serve baked goods. The silicone rim has a non-stick surface which makes it easy to separate the cake from the edges of the tin. This makes cleaning and washing the mould very easy. The serving plate and the mould in one - for maximum convenience of the cook - is a modern proposal for all lovers of home baking, which, thanks to the beautiful packaging, is perfect as a gift. The mould is closed using the tongue-and-groove principle.

Baking in this form is pure pleasure. The cheese-cakes come out smoothly, the sides easily peel off. Just like someone has already written, this form with these metal ones is a Mercedes among the molds. I highly recommend this product.

Sensational form, biscuits come out every time evenly baked, metal (black) is a tragedy in this form. You can even make jelly cake, nothing leaks.

Lekue's Duo range combines the versatility of silicone and the scratch and jam resistance of ceramic.
The silicone used for the Duo range of kitchenware is high quality platinum silicone.
Its surface does not stick to food.
The temperature range in which it can be used is -60 to 260 degrees C.
Consequently, the kitchenware items in the Duo series can be placed in the oven, the microwave and the freezer. Dishwasher washing is also permitted.
