Product description
Description
The JPN knife collection by Kyocera is a series of knives combining pakka wood handles, brushed stainless steel and a beautiful dark ceramic blade.
The ceramic knife presented here is a classic chef's knife with a blade length of 16 cm. Thanks to its distinctive form - a lowered tip and a wide blade (characteristics of Santoku knives), this knife will work particularly well for shredding and slicing a variety of products (including larger ones), which can easily be transported on its wedge to a salad, for example. As with all ceramic knives by Kyocera, this knife is characterised by its exceptional sharpness, high durability and lightness, in addition to being hygienic, odourless and corrosion-resistant.
