Product description
Description
The dessert plate shown here is part of the tableware from the Nathalie&George collection, designed by Maria Jeglinska for the Kristoff brand. The collection was inspired by the work of postmodern designers Nathalie du Pasquier and George Sowden. The artists were well-known for their artistic activities carried out in Italy in the 1980s. The decoration is a confrontation of two disparate motifs: a black and white geometric pattern and abstract lines in various shades of pastel green.
"The combination of differences proved much more interesting than the simple repetition of the same pattern on each element of the set," - says Maria Jeglinska about her project.
