The round pan with serving boardshown here is made of cast iron, which retains its heat for a very long time, thus reducing energy consumption and ensuring that the food served at the table stays hot for a long time. A matching maple wood serving board is included to serve the dish in the pan to the table. Scrambled eggs, eggs with bacon or baked potatoes served in this way will acquire a completely new taste.
