Description

The perfect solution for lovers of the culinary arts. The adjustable thickness roller allows you to easily prepare pasta, cakes or homemade pizzas. Depending on whether you want to prepare lasagne noodles or thin filo pastry, you can use the interchangeable rubber discs to precisely roll out the dough to a thickness of 10, 6, 4 or 2 millimetres. Made of hard beech wood, the rolling pin also has a measuring tape that allows you to measure the width of the rolled out dough. The rubber and plastic parts are dishwasher-safe, the wooden rolling pin is only suitable for hand-washing and natural drying (without the use of a tumble dryer).

    The roller with adjustable dough thickness is a great solution. The scale on the shaft is the possibility to measure the width of the rolled dough. I am very happy with this product.
