Fissler Protect Steelux Premium frying pan. Available in three sizes, the frying pan has a thick, perfectly flat CookStar base for excellent heat collection, storage and distribution. The Protect frying pan is best suited for gentle frying at medium temperatures - for example for eggs, pancakes, omelettes or breaded fish and meat. The pan is coated with the excellent non-stick Protectal Plus coating, which is much more durable and harder than traditional Teflon. The pan can be used on any type of cooker. On the inside of the wall there is a practical capacity measuring cup. The accessory is 100% made in Germany.
