Random Magazine and book rack

Random is an extremely original magazine and book stand designed by Takahide Sano. The geometric form based on a series of rectangles attached to the base of the accessory turns out to be extremely practical. The varying proportions of the sides of the figures and their vertical and horizontal position mean that magazines, newspapers or even books can be placed on the stand. How many times have newspapers, books or currently browsed work- or study-related material found their way into a magazine basket. In the classic basket, this kind of mixture is a problem, creating an impression of disorder. Random organises the apparent clutter by putting it into a geometrical framework. The empty rack is also an eye-catcher, attracting the eye with its jumble of interlocking lines. Random is ideal for modern interiors.
