Everyone knows that Noah built the ark. However, not everyone knows that his passion was wine and, as legend has it, he invented it. To honour this hero, who thanks to his passion for viticulture is said to have lived to 950 years of age (in contrast to the lovers of the popular beer of his time, who lived to 'only' 100:), designer Giulio Iacchetti decided to name a series of wine and champagne accessories presented in Alessi's catalogue after him. And since a bottle of wine or champagne needs to be both properly stored, opened and closed in order to preserve the aroma of the drink for as long as possible, the collection includes products responsible for each of these tasks.
The Noe sommelier corkscrew presented here is an accessory reminiscent of a screw or cap spanner.
