Product description

Description

A fondue bourguignonne saucepan designed by Stefano Giovannoni and realised for Alessi. Bourguignonne is a French meat fondue variant eaten with hot sauces and red wine. The meat is deep-fried in oil. The vessel for the dish is made of shiny stainless steel and black wood. The saucepan's curved shape is in keeping with the rest of the Mami collection. The base of the saucepan is designed to distribute and retain heat effectively.
