Fruit Basket Kitchen container 1 l

The larger of the kitchen containers from Officina Alessi's Fruit Basket collection. It derives from the Tea & Coffe Towers coffee service entered by SANAA architects in a competition organised by Alessi. The Tea & Coffe Towers competition involved 22 architects from all over the world in the creation of everyday objects.
The container, heir to the tradition of the competition, is part of the Fruit Basket collection, as evidenced by its characteristic organic shape and its execution in polished stainless steel. The delicate lid handle, reminiscent of a fruit's tail, adds to the fruit character of the container.
As a small work of art, the Fruit Basket collection is an extremely elegant and original way of serving coffee and tea.
