The Duo round baking tin - a cake pan with a diameter of 23 cm - like many other dishes from the renowned Spanish brand Lekue, is made of high-quality silicone and ceramic. The ceramic bottom helps to keep prepared cakes and other dishes warmer for longer, and can also be used as a plate on which to serve baked goods. This is my next mould from this company, the previous one wore out serving me for several years ;) I recommend it invariably. The ceramic bottom is the best thing they invented, because the cake can be served and cut directly on this bottom.

I made a yoghurt dessert with jelly. I did not leak a drop from the mold, and after the mass had set, I simply took off the rim, without any cutting with a knife, the shape was smooth, nothing stuck to the mold, I recommend to lovers of cakes with jelly

The silicone used for the Duo range of kitchenware is high quality platinum silicone.
Its surface does not stick to food.
The temperature range in which it can be used is -60 to 260 degrees C.
Consequently, the kitchenware items in the Duo series can be placed in the oven, the microwave and the freezer. Dishwasher washing is also permitted.
