Description

With the turn of a knob at the end of the whisk, you can change its form and use. Folded flat, the whisk can be used to mix sauces, roux and egg whisks, while its classic round form is ideal for whipping egg whites or whipped cream. The steel wires are covered with silicone sheaths, safe for scratch-sensitive dishes, and the whisk itself is heat-resistant (up to 270 degrees C). After use, the whisk can be disassembled and thoroughly cleaned (even in the dishwasher).
