Description

The double-sided, multifunctional Cut&Carve Plus board is designed for cutting vegetables, fruit, bread or meat. The slightly sloping surface allows juice or sauce to run down towards the edge, so that it can then be poured back into the dish or easily disposed of. The tabs on one of the working surfaces of the board make it easier to cut meats - both raw and roasted. Polypropylene is a material that makes it easy to maintain hygiene. It is also dishwasher safe. The Cut&Carve Plus version has additional rubber elements to prevent the board from sliding on the worktop and to increase grip security and prevent the board from slipping out of your hand. The tabs have been redesigned from the previous Cut&Carve model to hold cut products in place even better.

    So, the plastic is known to show the knife marks after the first use.
    It works very well when cutting things that have juice, this one then flows beautifully into the groove. As for the part with spikes - they are sharp. I just don't know how to use it yet, because when cutting e.g. a roast on it you would have to aim the knife at the space between the spikes. But maybe the question of cutting in the spike-free part and supporting the rest of the roast with spikes will solve the problem.

    it's weird how much difference a detail like this edge can make. I found out when peeling and cutting many kilos of tomatoes for a sauce :) a simple solution makes life so easy :)
