5073 condiment set

The 5073 spice containers, complete with a convenient tray, are part of a series of designs by Ettore Sottsass that began with the 5070 set. The set includes a salt shaker, a pepper shaker, a toothpick holder, and a tray with a handle that makes the set easy to carry.
The set is characterised by the use of semi-circular shapes, which are present in the caps of the individual containers, the handle of the tray, and the finish of the bars that hold the containers in place. The use of polished stainless steel and glass allows the contents of the containers to be perfectly displayed.
Salt and pepper will look dignified in this simple, yet very elegant set.
